Well-maintained and comfortable hotel and a brand-new room. Breakfast with boiled eggs and waffles. Great service, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property👍

Location close to Yakima and surrounding areas, and a good chinese restaurant. A huge variety of food options just a short stroll away from the venue. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

Free Breakfast. Cleanliness of unit. Daytime desk clerk.
In spite of request/disability and confirmed booking, room was scheduled for upstairs and no elevator. Motel was very noisy, PM desk clerk unfriendly. I won't be back.

Smells good!
People checking in at midnight and later and slamming doors very loudly. Would be nice if the doors had some kind of slam-proof stuff in the doorframe.

big bed. fairly clean. pool was ok.
We were told by locals that your location was poor. Too many gangs. Breakfast was ok, but eggs were boiled green.

Breakfast, Helpfulness of staff. When my cell phone charger failed the desk helped me charge it.
No elevator. Stairs were hard for me. Nowhere does the site tell you it doesn't have one. Option for ground floor for handicapped didn't show up either. I know with the small town this can be a problem to meet. However my son-in-law is in a power wheel chair so it wouldn't have worked for him. Thankfully this time it was just me
